Both 60% and 75% weight of glass loadings are available.
 
ROVINGS

Direct Rovings are available as:
  • packages (inside unwind)
  • bobbins (outside unwind)
  • 60% glass content
  • 75% glass content
  • Available in natural and black

    The roving is the base material for the whole product line.

    TWINTEX® is available in various woven styles, according to the degree of conformability or directionality of the required reinforcement loading.

    CONSOLIDATED PLATES

    On request, fabrics can be supplied in consolidated plate form, with thickness varying from 0.5mm to 4mm (0.02" to 0.16" thick).

    PELLETS

    TWINTEX® is available as a long glass fiber superconcentrate pellet for use in injection and compression molding.
  • Glass loading 75%
  • Fiber length from 12.5mm to 35mm (0.5" to 1.5")
